The mission of Pikes Peak Real Estate Foundation (PPREF) is to receive, manage, sell, steward, and develop real estate and related assets for the benefit of our community.

Foundational Beliefs
- Land and real estate have the power to transform communities.
- Access to key affordable assets — such as housing, childcare, health care and education assets– is essential to a thriving community.
- Resilient communities have robust networks across class, race, educational achievement, geography, and other factors. These communities are resilient to exogenous changes and foster long-term economic and cultural growth.
- We are in the community building business. Our job is to help seed, develop, and steward the array of assets that make this a vibrant community.

Key Staff and Board
Our team is led by Samuel Clark, the Executive Director, who joined PPREF out of a passion for building the future of our community through real estate assets. Samuel grew up in Colorado Springs and loves the city’s potential and Pikes Peak’s constant presence. He has a BA in economics from Whitman College and a Master of Public Affairs from the Princeton University School of Public and International Affairs.
