The Pikes Peak Real Estate Foundation
Pikes Peak Real Estate Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) organization in Colorado Springs, CO.
Born from the Pikes Peak Community Foundation
Pikes Peak Real Estate Foundation (PPREF) was chartered in 2006 as a supporting organization of Pikes Peak Community Foundation (PPCF). In 2019, PPREF hired its first Executive Director and began to focus on community initiatives such as workforce housing and community development through the thoughtful deployment of real estate assets. In 2024, PPREF had grown in size and scope and spun its operations and governance out of PPCF and into an independent entity. PPREF and PPCF continue to work closely together but are now fully independent organizations.
Donations of Real Estate and Effective Deployment
PPREF specializes in accepting and deploying gifts of real estate. For most donors, a highly appreciated real estate asset is the best asset to give back to one’s community. PPREF has a board of real estate professionals that can quickly assess a donation’s community value and deploy it quickly into projects (or a liquidation) that will serve our community.
