Aspen Valley Ranch

Aspen Valley Ranch is a 232-acre outdoor classroom in Teller County conveyed by Gordon Jackson. Visiting students and guests enjoy the quiet sanctuary of a mountain ranch located just one mile from downtown Woodland Park.


Venetucci Farm

This farm is a conserved property donated by Bambi Venetucci in 2006. Venetucci Farm is best known for its annual pumpkin giveaway, when thousands of kindergarten students across the region come for pumpkins and outdoor education classes. It’s a tradition Nick Venetucci spawned seven decades ago. The property is an active flower farm that hosts events, weddings, outdoor education classes, and the Rocky Mountain Flower Festival. The Launchpad

The Launchpad is a permanent supportive housing project on Colorado Springs’ west side developed by The Place and Cohen-Esry Development Group on a site previously owned by PPREF. The project was funded with low-income housing tax credits and will serve young adults.


Silver Key Affordable Housing

Silver Key’s first low-income housing tax credit financed project will bring 50 new units of housing to low income seniors in Southeast Colorado Springs. PPREF worked with Silver Key to support its tax credit application, which was awarded credits in 2022 and was fully leased in 2024.



315 Collective

The 315 Collective is a downtown redevelopment project that provides collaborative space for philanthropic entities in the Pikes Peak Region. The vision is that through partnership fostered by The Philanthropy Collective, our philanthropic entities can become more proactive and strategic partners in community growth.

The Workforce Housing Fund

The Workforce Housing Fund is a revolving loan fund to help launch new affordable and workforce housing projects in the Pikes Peak Region. Typically, the fund offers predevelopment financing or short-term land banking for new projects that pursue funding from the Colorado Division of Housing or Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. The terms and rate of the loan are negotiable depending on the project’s scope and timeline.

The Affordable Housing Investment Fund (AHIF)

AHIF is a $5 million revolving loan program PPREF administers from the Colorado Division of Housing to provide financing to non-profit developers, for-profit developers, and other organizations committed to providing quality affordable housing in our region. For more information visit our AHIF page.
